Guest Policies
Some library resources and services are available to members of the public,
but some restrictions do apply. Any in-person visitor may use library resources
in the Library.
- For borrowing privileges, a community member card is
available for anyone over the age of 18. A card costs $10.00 and
allows up to 10 books or journals to be signed out.
- Those who are not current RRC students or staff have limited access to
library materials and services. Only books and journals may be borrowed and other library services may NOT be available.
- Please note that our licenses require that many of our digital
resources, such as e-books, e-journals, and fulltext databases of
journal articles, are restricted to staff and students only.
- some computers are available for use by visitors. A
Guest Account, valid for 3 hours, may be requested at the reference desk
upon presentation of current, valid, photo ID. Other restrictions may apply.
