Description: The National Office of Animal Health is an organization representing the United Kingdom animal health medicines industry. Its website contains links to animal health resources, including the Compendium of Data sheets for Animal Medicines.
The data sheets in the NOAH Compendium are prepared independently by each participating company and each proof is checked and the text confirmed as correct by the participant concerned. The National Office of Animal Health Ltd (NOAH) gives no guarantee whatsoever as to the accuracy of the information contained in the data sheets.
Products can be accessed by an alphabetical index of their names, by active ingredient, by therapeutic indication, and according to the species for which they are licensed for use.
Data sheets (which may take the form of a Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) as an alternative to a traditional data sheet) are supplied to veterinary surgeons as a customer service. They are prepared by the individual companies concerned and, in consequence, vary somewhat in style.
