This guide provides information about and links to sources of census data, other socioeconomic data and industry data of interest to Red River College students and staff.

Some of the data sources are available free on the web (e.g., from the Statistics Canada web site).

Additional data are available in the E-Stat database which requires a Red River College student or staff login (see E-Stat in the left navigation bar). Other sources are books held in the RRC Library.

The RRC Library is also a member of Statistics Canada's Data Liberation Initiative which allows us to provide additional data to RRC students and staff on request (see "Data Liberation Initiative" in the left navigation bar or contact Norman Beattie.)
