Stop 1: Information Desk

The Information Desk staff will help you find the information or research materials you need.

They will help you carry out searches of the web, the RRC Library catalogue or periodical article databases.

They may also be able to direct you to sources of information that you may not be aware of.

If the RRC Library actually doesn't have the information you want, we may be able to get if for you through Interlibrary Loan, or direct you to other libraries.

Information Desk staff will also show you how to use the photocopiers and the microfilm / microfiche reader-scanner. If any of this equipment needs servicing, the staff will ensure that this gets done.
