There is a known bug where on-campus users attempting to begin a OneSearch session receive a white screen.
This problem only affects Red River College managed workstations running WINDOWS 8.1 and using INTERNET EXPLORER 11 browser.
Workaround: Use the Microsoft Edge or the Firefox browser.
Fix for Student lab workstations: ITS is rolling out fixes for Windows 8.1 workstations in college labs.
Fix for Staff workstations: If your college workstation is running Windows 8.1 perform these steps to fix the issue:
- Open Software Center.
- Under "Applications" look for "Fix Internet Explorer DOM Storage". Click "Install".
- After the installation completes, restart Internet Explorer.
