How can I request help from the new IT Service Desk?

The IT Service Desk is available to help you Monday–Friday from 8:30–16:30.
An IT Service Desk team member will respond within 24 hours to voicemail, emails, and case logs. 

What kind of technical issues can I call the IT Service Desk for?

You can call the IT Service Desk with any technical issue related to IT services provided and supported by Red River College. The IT Service Desk team will resolve the issue or engage the right people to get your issue resolved. Some of the topics include:

  • Password
  • ​Student Email
  • WebEx
  • Teams (Microsoft Teams & Planner)
  • Office 365 (Office 365, OneDrive & OneNote)
  • General Computer Information
