Sharing Course Materials and Assignments

Can I share learning materials and assignments?

Materials created by instructors at RRC Polytech are owned by RRC Polytech.

This is outlined in policy A10 - Intellectual Property and Copyright. Intellectual property includes forms of expression and knowledge that include course materials, computer software, inventions, patents, as well as literary, artistic and musical works.

This means that you cannot share your instructors' course materials without permission.

Examples of intellectual property from RRC Polytech courses:

  • Spoken and written lecture content (including recorded videos)
  • Course handouts and instructor presentations
  • Questions and answers for assignments, quizzes, tests, and final exams
