Printing, Scanning and Photocopying

How to print, scan and photocopy at the RRC Libraries


As long as you have money on your Papercut print account, and the library printers are installed, you will be able to print.

Often, you will get a popup stating how much the charges are, which you can accept by pressing the print button.


At the Exchange District Campus

  • The colour printers (PSCLIB_PRT4 and LLC_PRT2) are located in the main library, on the second floor and in the Lower Learning Commons, under the stairs by the windows.


At the Notre Dame Campus

  • The colour copier (NDC_LIB_EQ_Copier) can be found in the front area of the library, outside the computer lab.
  • The black and white printers (BITR_PRT3 and BITR_PRT4) are located just inside the computer lab.

Can I Print From My Laptop?

You can install the Papercut print management software* on your laptop by following following guides:  Image of a Xerox 7855 printer/photocopier on top, and a Xerox Phaser 4622 on to bottom

After the Papercut software has been installed, you then need to add the printers:

  • Exchange District Campus (EDC)
  • Notre Dame Campus (NDC) 

* If you ever reset your RRC password, you will need to re-install the printers, as they will be created using the old password. *
