Cancelling a TracCloud Appointment

To cancel an appointment, log in to success.rrc.ca, view your list of upcoming appointments, and then click the X icon in the top right corner of the appointment you would like to cancel. This will open a confirmation window where you can enter a reason, then click the 'Cancel Appointment' button to cancel the appointment.

The meeting will then be removed from your upcoming appointment list and cancellation notices will be emailed to you and the tutor.

 

Cancellation Rules: Appointments that are cancelled by students less than 24-hours before the scheduled start time will be considered a missed appointment. Students that have miss three appointments within a term will be blocked from booking appointments on the TracCloud schedule. If you have missed three appointments and have been blocked from booking, please send an email to tutoring@rrc.ca for assistance.

 

Rescheduling an Appointment

If you wish to reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours before the start time, email the tutor directly to request a time change. Check the appointment confirmation email for the tutor's email address.

If your tutor is not able to accommodate the change, email the ASC at tutoring@rrc.ca and someone will assist you in possibly connecting with a different tutor.
