The National Council Licensure Examination more commonly known as NCLEX is the national licensing exam for nurses in Canada, Australia, and the United States. NCLEX is an adaptive computerized (CAT) exam where the next question is chosen based on how you answered the last question. The exam is administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN).
