NOTE! Adobe Plugins Required

Step 2: Install Plugins

Install the following two plugins on your workstation if you are having trouble viewing or downloading documents from Accura Workbench:

  1. Adobe Acrobat Reader:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Most college workstations have this plugin already installed.

  2. Adobe FileOpen Plugin Installer (May be required)

Plugins are required to download or print standards from Accuris Workbench.
Plugins are not required to view the documents on the web-based viewer.

If you are on a college lab computer, college laptop, or personal/home computer, you should be able to install these plugins. If you are a RRC Staff member, you may have to submit an ITS Support (My Tickets) request to install this plugin on your college workstation.
