    Access Link: https://login.ihserc.com/login/ihslogin?username=REDRCPOLY

  3. Click the "Create a new account" link.
  4. Select "I'm not a robot" and click "Continue"
  5. Check your email inbox for an activation code. Copy that code and paste it in the box on the "Activate your Account" page. Click "Continue".
  6. Enter your first and last name in the boxes provided.

Adobe Plugins Required to View Standards Documents

Important! Special plugins may be required

Prior to trying to open the Accuris Workbench documents, you need to install the following two plugins on your workstation:

These plugins ARE ONLY NECESSARY IF YOU PLAN TO DOWNLOAD OR PRINT (you need them to be able to download the encrypted PDF), they are not required for just viewing the documents, as the provider has implemented a web-based viewer.

  1. Adobe Acrobat Reader:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Most college workstations have this plugin already installed.
  2. Adobe File Open Plugin (May be required): http://plugin.fileopen.com/Default.aspx?bhcp=1

If you are on a college lab computer, college laptop, or personal/home computer, you should be able to install these pluginx.  If you are a RRC Staff member, you may have to place a IT Support (My Tickets) request to install this plugin on your college workstation.
