Our goal is to help you engage with the appropriate Help Desk. We work collaboratively with ACE programs and invite you to schedule a session with an EA through the ACE Help Desk. If you've  already met with an EA and would like further support, welcome!

Michael can provide tutoring to students needing help with coding, programming, databases, networking, web development, mobile application development, OO systems, Python, and Excel formulas.

Michael can also support students who are needing help navigating their online courses and are interested in improving their technology literacy. Have a question not related to a course, but in the realm of technologies (i.e. student password, student email)? Reach out to ITS (Information Technology Solutions) Service Desk for self-help guides and directions on how to submit a support ticket.
