FPNA is a volunteer nursing association who provides a national voice for nurses in primary care through leadership, mentorship and fostering expertise.

The Collaborative Family Healthcare Association (CFHA) promotes comprehensive and cost-effective models of healthcare delivery that integrate mind (behavioral health) and body (physical health), individual and family, patients, providers and communities. We call this integrated care. If you are a like-minded clinician, healthcare organization, payer, foundation, training program or state/ governmental agency then CFHA is your community.

At Families Canada, we deliver the education, training and tools that empower our network of organizations to reach families from all backgrounds – building stronger families and stronger communities.

The Institute for Patient- and Family-Centered Care (IPFCC), a non-profit organization founded in 1992, takes pride in providing essential leadership to advance the understanding and practice of patient- and family-centered care. By promoting collaborative, empowering relationships among patients, families, and health care professionals, IPFCC facilitates patient- and family-centered change in all settings where individuals and families receive care and support.

A growing variety of resources for family nursing practice, education, and research have been curated by the respective IFNA Standing Committees.

The Family Violence Prevention Program (FVPP) plans and develops community programs that help stop family violence. The program provides funding to community-based organizations that offer special services for abused women and their children and for men living with family violence.

MCHP is a research unit within the Department of Community Health Sciences, in the Max Rady College of Medicine, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba, focusing on the question "What makes people healthy?"
We carry out population-based research on health services, population and public health, and the social determinants of health. Many factors affect health, such as health care, health programs and policies, income, education, employment and social circumstances. Our research helps Manitoba to maximize our healthcare dollars and to identify health and social policy tools we need for the future. We also research what will level the playing field between children from low- and high-income neighbourhoods, and northern and rural areas and urban areas.

Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living is a department within the Government of Manitoba. The department operates under the provisions of the legislation and responsibilities of the Minister of Health, Seniors and Active Living. The legislation, as well as emerging health and health care issues, guide the planning and delivery of health care services for Manitobans.

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) is one of the largest and most diverse health regions in Canada. It is responsible for providing health care to more than 700,000 people living in the City of Winnipeg as well as the surrounding Rural Municipalities of East and West St. Paul and the Town of Churchill, located in northern Manitoba.
The WRHA also provides health care support and specialty referral services to nearly 500,000 Manitobans who live outside its boundaries as well as residents of northwestern Ontario and Nunavut who require the specialty referral services and expertise available in Winnipeg.
