WebEx

All staff and students have unlimited free access to WebEx web conferencing. Use WebEx to easily connect with students and staff remotely using high-quality video, audio, and content sharing. Join and create virtual meetings and classrooms from your desktop computer, web browser, or mobile device. 

Use WebEx for virtual office hours, staff meetings, student group work, remote classes, and guest speakers. Click the Using WebEx (RRC) link below to claim your account and learn the basics of using WebEx.

Microsoft Teams

Teams is a cloud‑based chat and collaboration workspace in Microsoft Office 365. Team members have access to all the documents and conversations within a team. Conversations and chats within Teams can be formal or informal and dynamic or cooperative. Microsoft Teams is updated regularly as part of the added functionality updates provided by Microsoft.

Use Teams to keep in touch with colleagues, share and collaborate on documents, video conference and more. Click the Teams (ITS) link below to learn how to create your team at RRC and get started.

Students can access teams. How to request a Microsoft Team for use in your course – Review the “New Microsoft Team – Staff with Students” instructions for assistance with the Maestro process for requesting a Team for use with your students.
