Library Instruction Manual

LibWizard forms allow users to update the data submitted (this does not generate a new email). The database should be updated for two reasons:

1. ensures that it accurately reflects the services that we are actually providing (as opposed to what they may have asked for)

2. clean data will allow us to access better and more accurate statistics from LibWizard

Typical things that need to be cleaned up on the database include: 

• Date and time of the presentation (the date used will always be listed first)
• Topics covered (after discussion with instructors, these checkboxes should be updated)
• Presentation length
• Presenter name
• classroom number (often missing from initial booking)

• course number should be AAAA-1234
• anticipated number of students should be a whole number
