About the Technical Support with the ITS Service Desk

The ITS Service Desk team is the College’s first point of contact for technical issues and requests including: software assistance, logging in issues, and password resets.

How can I request help from the ITS Service Desk?
You can request help through the ITS Service Desk webpage. 

Once you log on using your College user name and password, this webpage will allow you to:

  • Receive up-to-date IT information and alerts
  • Browse self-help links
  • Search the College’s knowledge base for answers to your specific questions
  • Submit your support request

The ITS Service Desk staff will contact you within 1–2 business days of receiving your support request.

What kind of technical issues is the ITS Service Desk for?
You can contact the ITS Service Desk with any technical issue related to IT services provided and supported by Red River College Polytechnic. The ITS Service Desk team can help with:

  • Passwords
  • Student Email
  • Webex
  • MS Teams 
  • Office 365 

What about issues I’m having with LEARN?
Primary support for LEARN is provided through the learn@rrc.ca email address.  You also can submit a support request to the ITS Service Desk for help with your LEARN issue.

What are the ITS Service Desk hours of operation?
The ITS Service Desk is available to help you Monday–Friday from 8:30–16:30.
