This session provides students with an overview and basic skill development for using the following College-approved programs and applications: HUB, Office 365, including Outlook (student email) and Teams, Webex, and LEARN. The goal of this tutorial is to develop the foundational technology-related skills students need to participate in online learning experiences offered through RRC. This workshop also includes a “Technical Support at RRC” section which lists units within the College that provide technical troubleshooting support to students including ITS Service Desk and LEARN Support.
