The Technology Literacy Tutorial is a self-directed resource designed for students. It provides basic skill development for using College-approved applications, including LEARN, HUB, Webex, MS Teams, and Office 365. The goal of this tutorial is to develop the foundational technology-related skills students need to participate in online learning experiences offered through Red River College Polytechnic. The module also features best practices and tips for using these collaborative apps.
This module includes a “Technical Support at RRC” section which lists units within the College that provide technical troubleshooting support to students including ITS Service Desk and LEARN Support.
