OneSearch (database instruction)

OneSearch allows you to search the Library's books, journals, DVDs, databases and media collection all at the same time. This guide will give you an introduction to everything you need to know.

Basic Search

Basic Search

A basic search can be done from the Library homepage. You can also click on the Basic Search link to enter OneSearch and do your search from there. The results will be the same. 

  1. Enter your search terms (single words, phrases or complex search string using Boolean operators)
  2. Click the Search.

You can use Boolean Operators in the Basic Search but if you are doing more complex searching go to Advanced Search.
