NOTE: you must be signed in to use favorites.
Favorites will allow you to save your favorite records (books, articles, journals - any search result) as well as your searches
Access Favorites using the pushpin icon on the toolbar.
Note: The American spelling of "favorite" has been used as that is what is used on the OneSearch program.
1. Open your favourites by clicking on the pushpin icon on the Green banner at the top of the screen
2. Click on the pushpin icon (with a stroke through it) to remove it from your favourites list. You can also unpin multiple records at the same by clicking on the numbered checkboxes and using the pin icon in the dark gray header (besides "My Favorites")
Save searches to favourites if you are doing complex searches for an assignment and you may need to refer back or redo the search at a later time.
Pro Tip: Save your Course Reserve lists as a favourite search to save yourself time.
1. Click the Search History icon on the Green banner at the top of the screen

2. Click on Saved Searches
3. Click on the hyperlinked search. This will automatically load the search into the advanced search fields along with any filters
Apply labels to your favourites to help you organize yourself. Multiple labels can be applied to individual records. Labels are personal to you.
1. Click on Add Labels
2. Click New to create a new label, Click Enter when done to add the label and close the popup
Note: In the example, other labels have been created so they display in this list.
1. Click on the pencil icon (edit)
2. To remove an assigned label click on the X
You can also add existing or create new labels from the edit popup.
Once labels are applied you can filter your favorites.
Each label indicates how many records are in that group. Click on a label to filter by that group
