Indigenous Collaboration

Interconnection is a foundational concept in Indigenous worldviews. Relational Practice is a core philosophical perspective of the RRC Polytech Nursing Program. Interconnection and relational practice align with the concepts of collaborative practice. As well, it is essential that students in the nursing program are well prepared to foster cultural safety, cultural competency, and anti-racism in their professional practice. In this guide section, resources are provided for students and instructors to use related to Indigenous health and worldview in the spirit of collaborative practice and partnerships.
