Academic Supports for Students with Disabilities

The Academic Success Centre provides students with disabilities free access to weekly tutoring and academic coaching support with our professional staff tutors.

With a recommendation from an Red River College Polytechnic counsellor, students with disabilities can access 1 hour / week (1.5 hours, online) of content tutoring, or up to 4 academic coaching sessions, per term free of charge.

Students with disabilities are encouraged to refer to this page on our website or to contact the Academic Success Centre at tutoring@rrc.ca for more information on how to access our services.

Students with disabilities may be eligible for extended academic supports paid for through Manitoba Student Aid, the Workers Compensation Board of Canada, or other agencies. To assess eligibility and assistance with the application process, students are encouraged to contact Accessibility Services to book an appointment with an Red River College Polytechnic counsellor.
