For Faculty who are looking to setup Course Reserves please visit our Faculty Support section.

Course Reserve Search

Access Course Reserves via OneSearch or through this direct link.

In OneSearch

Click on Course Reserve Search in the top menu, or from within OneSearch's Basic Search -- Select "Course Reserves" from the dropdown

undefined

2. Enter your search terms

You can search for a course reserve a couple of ways:

  • Instructor name - ex. Smith -- Enter the instructor's last name only
  • title, topic or keyword - ex. "Global health" -- note this search may lead you to course reserves outside of your course list
  • course number - ex. NRSG-2701 -- note it must be in this exact format with the hyphen and no spaces

3. You will receive a list of results the same as a regular search. You can explore the results by clicking on the title to get more information, or PIN them to save them for later.

Reserves can be in print format -- you will need to come to the Service Desk in the library to borrow these materials. They will have a shortened loan period - usually 2 or 24 hours and fines if they are returned late.

Reserves can also be in digital format - these reserves may be links to articles in the Library's databases or other web-based sources such as open access journals or websites.
