Staff and students collecting equipment reservations are expected to present valid RRC Polytech ID or provide a combination of a College ID number and photo identification.
Lapsed reservations are automatically cancelled by the system after 48 hours. If you are unable to make your pickup time, or you wish to change your reservation time, please contact the Library by email, phone, or by replying to your booking confirmation email.
Different categories of equipment have different borrowing periods defined in the system and displayed on that equipment’s booking page. If needed, renewals may be arranged by contacting Library staff.
The Library does not have a system to arrange for holds on equipment.
A future booking can be placed on equipment that is out on loan for after its return date, but the system will not send a notification if the equipment becomes available sooner. Use the equipment booking system to check for Next Available or check with the Library directly for updates on when equipment becomes available.

Failure to return equipment or to pay replacement costs for lost equipment will result in suspension of Library privileges. Grades, certificates and transcripts will be withheld by the Registrar until outstanding Library charges are resolved.
Library borrowers are responsible for any loss or damage to equipment borrowed on their card.
