Returning your Interlibrary Loans

Returns - Physical Item Loans

Fines for Overdue Interlibrary Loan materials...............$5.00 per day

Interlibrary loan borrowing periods are set by the lending institution (the Library our Library borrowed it from on your behalf). Because of this, loan periods are specific to the lending library and differ between items. Due dates will be clearly stated with the loan of the item.

Because ILL's are not signed out to a students RRC Polytech Library account, you cannot view the due date or request renewals through your online library account.

Loan return dates will be marked on the form attached physically to the book. Please DO NOT REMOVE this form. The return date will also be included in the email notifying the patron of the pickup.

Interlibrary loans will not be renewed unless allowed by the lending institution AND directly requested by the borrower (you).
Contact the ILL department (Email ILL department about renewal) before your items due date.
