About the Intercultural Competence & Diversity Guide

Intercultural Competence & Diversity Guide

The Intercultural Competence & Diversity Guide is available here.

Our community is composed of people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including different national or ethnic affiliations, race, language, gender identity, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical and cognitive abilities, spiritual beliefs, marital/parental status.

Our intent with this guide is to offer a starting point in understanding our cultural identities and building the skills to bridge cross-cultural differences. This guide also includes specialty pages with a focus on Intercultural Communication, Gender and Sexual Diversity, and Disability Awareness.
