Strategies for setting a schedule

As the situation unfolds, you may have fewer social commitments, group meetings, or work hours. Setting a schedule for yourself can help provide structure and keep you motivated. If you don’t already keep a weekly or daily calendar, try something like the example below to organize your time. Include time for exercise and self-care.

A positive side-effect of creating a weekly schedule is that you can regulate and adapt your learning. As you complete your online assignments think of this regulation as a three-step process:

1. Plan

2. Do

3. Reflect.

By thinking about how you complete course material, you are opening up new ways to do things differently.
