If you are moving multiple references to a single folder OR moving single or multiple references to multiple folders there is a more efficient way to do this action.
1. Select the reference(s) you want to move (check the boxes beside them).
2. Click the "Assign to Folder" button on the top (horizontal) toolbar.
2. From the drop-down check the folder or folders you want to assign the selected references to.; Click "Apply"
To remove references from folders - but not delete them from your collection.
1. Open the folder and select the reference that wants to be removed.
2. Click the "Delete" button on the top (horizontal) toolbar.
3. From the drop-down select "Remove from Folder". (note: this is not an option if the reference is not in a folder)
